Brandon Hall Group designed a talent mobility program, including a leadership development model, for a key functional area supporting all business units across the enterprise. Project included:
• Identification of core competencies and skills sets to be developed by job role and level of responsibility
• Development of blended learning strategy to increase the mobility of individuals across the enterprise and between
business units, career paths and ladders to focus learning and development initiatives on high potential individuals capable of taking on senior leadership roles within their functional area and business unit
• Leveraging of learning management and talent management systems to support all initiatives and track individual development
 and overall performance of the talent mobility initiative.

The engagement included a comprehensive set of new frameworks, tools and methodologies for improving the talent management processes and streamlining current learning processes to reduce the amount of time needed to train individuals and improve their success rate in personnel transfers and acceptance of expanded roles and responsibilities.
