Developing an Enterprise Learning Strategy

  • - Provided guidance on change management.
  • - Created a Learning Strategy template and example tools.
  • - Delivered guidance on implementing specific areas of the strategy, including blended learning frameworks, learning technology assessment, measurement frameworks, and process mapping efforts.

Developing a learning technology strategy

  • - Provided guidance on change management and facilitated working sessions on short-term and long-term learning technology changes and new strategies.
  • - Provided learning technology strategy assessment tools for their internal team to utilize.
  • - Created guidance on how to better leverage their existing learning technology, as well as how to integrate more social and mobile tools into their existing blended learning offerings.

Leadership Development Strategy

  • - Provided several education and key practice sessions to their Leadership Development Team, including a Q&A session for the team on leveraging new learning delivery models such as social learning, mobile learning, and experiential programs.
