Jesse Harriott, PhD, serves as Head of Analytics and Executive Director of Workhuman iQ, where he leads teams that apply advanced AI and data science to measure the impact of connected workplaces. With over 20 years of experience in analytics and research, Jesse has advised numerous private and public organizations on analytics and labor-market issues, including the White House, the Federal Reserve, and the U.S. Department of Labor. He previously served as Chief Analytics Officer at Constant Contact and Chief Knowledge Officer at Monster Worldwide, where he helped drive annual revenue from $300 million to more than $1.3 billion. Jesse holds a master’s degree and PhD in Experimental Psychology from DePaul University and has taught at the University of Chicago.
