Docebo Inspire 2024 Raises the Bar
for L&D Industry Gatherings

As someone with extensive experience in HR and L&D industry events, I’ve always been drawn to conferences that focus on elevating the entire industry and creating a culture of best practices.

In learning and development (L&D), staying ahead of the curve is crucial for organizations aiming to maximize their talent potential. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find many events (especially those run by solution providers!) that deliver the opportunities for growth and excellence in L&D that the industry needs.

Such an event would provide value not just for existing clients, but anyone invested in the future of learning. It would deliver insights, networking opportunities, and hands-on experiences that set up L&D professionals for success throughout the year.

It’s with this perspective that I find myself genuinely impressed by what Docebo, a Brandon Hall Group™ Smartchoice® Preferred Provider, is doing with their Inspire event.

Docebo has long been at the forefront of innovation in the eLearning space. Based on their most recent Docebo Inspire, they seem to be taking their commitment to industry leadership a step further.

A Shift in Focus: From Customers to Industry-Wide Impact

Docebo Inspire is undergoing a significant transformation. Once a customer-centric event, leadership is making shrewd moves to transform Inspire into a must-attend industry gathering for all L&D professionals. This strategic shift, beginning with Docebo Inspire 2024, reflects Docebo’s vision to become the epicenter of thought leadership and practical knowledge in the L&D sector.

Star Power and Industry Insights: Docebo Inspire 2024

Docebo Inspire Dallas 2024 in Dallas boasted an impressive lineup of speakers and presenting companies. Headliners included Sal Khan, founder of Khan Academy, and MIT researcher Manolis Kellis, who showcased unique perspectives on education and innovation that inspired and challenged attendees.

Complementing the headliners, industry-leading speakers from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Pinterest, Lululemon, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Google shared insights on cloud-based learning, user engagement, corporate wellness, and the integration of scientific advancement in learning strategies.

Packed standing-room-only sessions on AI, gamification, analytics, automation, and personalization demonstrated that Inspire Dallas provided the practical content that L&D professionals are seeking.

Inspire Rome will take place from Nov. 19-21, 2024, and will be headlined by world-renowned chef and philanthropist Massimo Bottura, who will talk about his life and philosophy on learning.

Based on Inspire Dallas 2024 and on Inspire Rome 2024’s agenda, it is clear the event’s focus remains on providing actionable knowledge and fostering meaningful connections among all attendees. But this time, Inspire’s lineup of speakers and content proved essential for any industry professional seeking to stay at the forefront of L&D.

Building a Community of Practitioners

The best ideas flourish in a collaborative environment and that’s why building community is vital. Docebo Inspire already has a community of practitioners that continually share practical knowledge, best practices, and trends.

From the beginning, Inspire has been about enabling practitioners to excel in their roles. This year, both Docebo Inspire events surpassed these expectations, delivering high-quality content from world-class speakers and fostering a vibrant community where business leaders and L&D professionals can come together to exchange knowledge and build valuable connections.

If Inspire 2024 events are any indication, it is easy to see why, with a broader community, Docebo Inspire could become a must-attend industry gathering for all L&D professionals.

Investing in Your Organization’s Future

With the next event scheduled for April 2025 in Orlando, attendees will have the perfect opportunity to kickstart their year with fresh ideas and strategies on some of the industry’s most pressing issues including:
