Thinking of Replacing Your LMS?

webinarDoes your organization use an LMS? If so, the chances are pretty good that you are looking to replace it. According to Brandon Hall Group’s most recent Learning Technology Trends Survey, 85% of companies have an LMS and 38% of them are actively looking to replace it. In fact, only one-third of companies would “very likely” or “definitely” renew their current LMS contract, and only 27% would “very likely” or “definitely” recommend their solution to colleagues.

If you find yourself in this boat (or thinking of getting in the boat), you should definitely join me for the webinar, Thinking of Replacing Your LMS?, on Wednesday, August 19th at 1PM Eastern. We are going to take a look at what seems to be going wrong with the LMS experience, and how to avoid these problems the next time around. This process is critical, as the LMS has by default become the corporate learning experience for employees around the world. If they are dealing with outdated, hard-to-use systems that can’t even meet their current needs, it’s more than just a software problem. It can have a ripple effect that disrupts learning throughout the organization and ultimately impact performance.

Whether you think your LMS is outdated, or your vendor has a poor support system, or your organization wants to move to the cloud, this webinar will arm you with the critical steps for making the decision and following through. Don’t be fooled into thinking it’s an impossible task and your organization couldn’t possibly extricate itself from its current platform. Companies make this switch all the time. With proper planning and change management efforts, you can make sure your organization has the technology necessary to help learning boost organizational performance.

I hope to see you on the webinar, ready to ask questions!
