Today, Torex Gold Resources Inc. is thrilled to share that it has been recognized for not one, but two, Brandon Hall Group™ awards. Specifically, Torex is celebrating a GOLD Award in Leadership Development for its “Supervisor Excellence Program,” which is designed to provide Torex’s front-line leaders with the tools they need to be not only excellent operators, but excellent people leaders.
Torex also has been recognized with a BRONZE award in Learning and Development for the recent implementation of its employee learning platform, called the Torex Academy, in collaboration with Docebo.
