In Search of Impact: The State of Learning Measurement

This report serves dual purposes. It is an overview of Brandon Hall Group’s 2020 Learning Measurement Study and a PowerPoint presentation that includes talking points in the notes section. Brandon Hall Group member-organizations can adapt it to inform and education stakeholders about the latest research on learning measurement.

Using Adaptive, Scalable Learning to Maximize Growth

It can be difficult to meet the needs of multiple learning audiences across the business, geographies, and even outside of the organization. To support growth, companies need to look into a solution that facilitates all their training needs for all their audiences, in one place.
This means a solution that can deliver different experiences for multiple audiences, support various styles and learning goals with a tailored look and feel, and deliver curated content.

This webinar focuses on the benefits of moving to one system that can meet the challenges of both adaptability and scale, without the need to build, learn and manage many platforms.

Retaining top talent is the biggest concern of business and HR leaders in 2020, according to Brandon Hall Group research. Why? Because most companies have failed to invest in skills and talent and it has steamrolled out of control. This webinar with Steve Feyer of Eightfold and Claude Werder of Brandon Hall Group focuses on specific skills-driven strategies you can use to drive talent mobility, employee engagement and talent retention.
