This research brief, based on two Brandon Hall Group talent acquisition studies in 2015, provides data that helps organizations understand what is behind bad hiring decisions and provides recommendations to mitigate these costs. 95% of organizations admit to making bad hiring decisions; those lacking a standard interview process are five times as likely to make a bad hire. Companies that invest in a strong candidate experience improve their quality of hires by 70%.
