Rich Video Content Anytime, Anywhere at EY’s Tax Practice

EY, in partnership with Xerox, developed a video learning portal using the VIDIZMO MediaTube platform. In addition to featuring tax “teach” videos, it features numerous performance support videos demonstrating tips and tricks for using the firm’s tax return preparation software. The tax staff makes frequent use of these videos while navigating through the software. The portal also contains short videos on personal and career development topics and recordings of some live classroom programs for those who were unable to attend.
