Brandon Hall Group’s 2016 Talent Acquisition Technology research shows that onboarding is a hot topic and that both the onboarding process and onboarding technology solutions are top priorities for 2016. However, as Principal Talent Acquisition Analyst Daria Friedman dove deeper into what is happening around onboarding through our just-completed 2016 Onboarding research, she found a deep level of dissatisfaction with the current state of onboarding.
