Norton Healthcare’s LMS Implementation Story

Implementing learning technology is a complex process with various stakeholders and requirements attached. That’s why Norton Healthcare took time to select the right provider to help it not only track and manage learning, but to meet the fundamental needs of the business. The new system has improved the user experience on the front end and eased some reporting burdens on the administrative end. This earned a Bronze Award for Best Learning Technology Implementation in the 2015 Excellence Awards.

Valvoline Uses Extended Enterprise Learning as a Competitive Advantage

This case study examines the effort by Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) to create a single, standard training platform for everyone working in a VIOC branded store, whether company-owned or franchised. VIOC wanted to shorten the time it took for employees to reach each level of competency in order to maximize workforce efficiency and keep up its bench strength.

CSC Formalizes the Product Lifecycle Process

This awards case study focuses on Computer Sciences Corporation, a $13 billion government contracting firm, and its effort (with partner GP Strategies) to create customized content to educate staff on its Offering Lifecycle Management (OLM) program. OLM is a process to evaluate proposed new product offerings, manage the development of the concept, and provide necessary resources for the new offerings as they evolve from the concept phase. The initiative earned a Gold Award for Best Custom Content in the 2015 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards.

Internal Product Education at Ooyala

This awards case study examines the effort by online video company Ooyala to standardize the knowledge of all technical sales team members to ensure they have the proper skills to understand and map customer needs with Ooyala’s solutions. The program earned a Gold Award for Best Certification Program in the 2015 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards.

Growing Talent at Dimension Data

Dimension Data was at a crossroads. Its impressive growth rate provided expanded market share, but it also presented a challenge in how to best nurture and understand its rapidly growing workforce. This case study highlights how the South Africa-based IT services firm accomplished that task, earning a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Talent Management Technology Implementations in the 2015 Excellence Awards.

Managing Change at 3M

This case study highlights the Global Marketing Development Program at 3M. This program was grown to optimize the go-to market models in high growth markets. This earned a Bronze Award for Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy in the 2015 Excellence Awards Program.


Leaving Money on the Table – How Companies are Missing the Point on EVP
