Chronus Wins Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Gold Award for Best Advance in Online Mentoring Tools

Mentoring software leader honored with fifth consecutive Excellence in Technology Award

Bellevue, WA – Chronus, the leader in mentoring software, recently won a coveted Brandon Hall Gold Award for Best Advance in Online Mentoring Tools. This is the fifth consecutive Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Award for the company. The Awards, announced on Dec. 14, acknowledge organizations that have successfully deployed tools, processes, and systems that have achieved measurable results.

“We’re honored to be recognized for Best Advance in Online Mentoring Tools, as we strive to put our customer feedback at the heart of the continuous development and evolution of our software,” said Seena Mortazavi, CEO of Chronus. “As the only mentoring platform to win five consecutive Awards from the Brandon Hall Group, Chronus is leading the way for mentoring in today’s workplace and magnifying the impact it can have on the workforce in the modern digital age.”

The Award recognizes the innovations Chronus has made to both the user experience of mentors and mentees, as well as the management tools for program owners and administrators running mentoring programs. The software enhancements create a more engaging experience for end users, and allow organizations running these programs to discern impact and attain desired results at a greater efficiency.

“Human capital management is evolving faster than at any time in its history, and it is powered by innovative technology developed and implemented by organizations big and small,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the Awards Program. “The technology innovators who won Excellence Awards this year were focused on providing users with a better overall experience. That is what our research says employers want, and our award winners are leading the way.”

A panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives evaluated the entries based upon the following criteria:

  • Product: What was the product’s breakthrough innovation?
  • Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique and how does it differ from any competing products?
