Explorance Wins Gold in 2021 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards

Montreal, Quebec – December 10, 2021 – Explorance, a leader in innovative Employee Experience Management solutions, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in the “Best Advance in AI and Machine Learning” category.

Explorance’s win was announced on December 9, 2021, during an online ceremony hosted by Brandon Hall Group. A complete list of all winners can be viewed here.

The gold award comes shortly after Explorance introduced its breakthrough solution for Employee Experience Management. BlueML is the only machine learning comment analysis tool trained on real employee responses and scenarios to deliver actionable and useful insights in seconds. Until BlueML, comment analysis tools on the market leveraged machine learning models trained to analyze generic text-based data that lacked the specialization necessary to turn employee responses into decision-grade intelligence.

Explorance CEO Samer Saab had this to say: “This recognition by Brandon Hall Group reinforces the feedback we have been receiving from our customers. BlueML is the fruit of our relentless commitment to providing useful machine learning solutions that help transform data into decision-grade insights to support organizations, at scale, when it comes to their most important asset: their people.”

A panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives evaluated the entries based upon the following criteria:

  • Product: What was the product’s breakthrough innovation?
  • Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique, and how does it differ from any competing products?
  • Value proposition: What problem does the product solve and/or what need does this product address?
  • Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product
