TROY, Mich., Nov. 1, 2017 — Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG) and its client, Lowe’s, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Bronze Award for Excellence in the Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program category. The award was for the e-learning course SERVE with Purpose.
“It is an honor to win such a prestigious learning award,” says ILG CEO Lisa Toenniges. “The ILG team worked very hard to ensure that the course created was not only engaging but that it also met the needs of its diverse audience.”
SERVE is a leadership model that Lowe’s implemented in 2012 and refined in 2016. The team was tasked with transforming a highly successful, face-to-face reflective workshop into a 20-minute e-learning course that could be widely distributed, and change mindsets and behaviors. SERVE’s goal was to encourage leaders’ positive perception on the change management commitment curve and evoke leaders’ commitment to SERVE behaviors.
