The Importance of Artificial Intelligence in Learning Technology

The world runs on data. Technology continues to get smarter and data is what drives it. Additionally, there is less familiarity with how AI works within learning technologies than with other HCM tools. As a result, companies are less likely to leverage learning technologies that use AI.

Despite a lack of familiarity, 60% of companies believe that AI is either highly important or critical to properly leveraging learning technologies. Within the arena of learning technology, AI is being used to automate and personalize the learning experience, and more.
