Two Top-Tier HCM Analysts Join Brandon Hall Group

Brandon Hall Group announced that Mollie Lombardi and Madeline Laurano have joined the HCM research/analyst firm, making the analyst team “the sole leader” in the HCM space, according to Brandon Hall Group CEO Mike Cooke.

Lombardi, formerly Vice President and Principal Analyst for the Human Capital Management research practice at Aberdeen Group, becomes Vice President of Workforce Management Practice and Principal Analyst at Brandon Hall Group.

Laurano, former Research Director of Aberdeen’s Human Capital Management practice, becomes Vice President of Talent Acquisition Practice and Principal Analyst at BHG.

Lombardi has spent the last 15 years working with HR leaders across the globe, and has conducted research that includes surveys and interviews with tens of thousands of end-users to understand the key workforce challenges facing today’s organizations. She has written and spoken about a wide variety of HCM topics including strategic workforce management, workforce planning, employee assessments, learning, and emerging technologies.

Before her work at Aberdeen, Lombardi worked as an independent consultant providing executive development, leadership development and talent strategy consulting to clients in a wide variety of industries. She also has been a consultant with The Concours Group.

Besides her work at Aberdeen, Madeline served as Principal Analyst for The Newman Group, and Principal Analyst of Talent Acquisition at Bersin & Associates, where her concentrations were employer branding, sourcing, screening, assessments, hiring and onboarding. She also held roles at ERE Media and Linkage Inc.
