Brandon Hall Group™ Launching New Survey:
Future Ready HR: How are We Maturing?

Boca Raton, FL — June 29, 2023

Brandon Hall Group™, the leading independent HCM research and analyst firm, is launching our Future Ready HR: How are We Maturing? survey to better understand the progress that has been made by HR organizations in adjusting to the new world of work. The state of the workplace in 2023, with the explosion of generative AI, ongoing return to office battles and the acceleration of new skills profiles entering the workforce, is challenging HR leaders in new ways. HR teams are challenged to keep pace and drive transformation at the same time while still recovering from the impact of the global pandemic.

Progress is critical. “The pace of change in how work gets done means HR teams have to respond to new challenges in new ways. The future of work is already here, and HR teams need to be equipped with new skills and a new mindset in order to be effective in new ways,” said Michael Rochelle, Brandon Hall Group™ Chief Strategy Officer and Principal Analyst.

This new study seeks to understand how HR organizations are addressing important issues such as:

  • Use of data and data-driven decision-making
  • HR Department alignment with the business
  • Success with the Employee Value Proposition
  • HR Team member skills and development
  • HR Department agility

Responses to the survey will help Brandon Hall Group™ in the development of a new HR Future of Work Maturity Model. All participants will receive a copy of the maturity model when it is released along with:

  • A copy of the full results of the study
  • Immediate access to the Brandon Hall Group™ Strategy Brief: What’s at Stake with Workforce Reductions?
  • The first 100 respondents will receive a $5 Starbucks Gift Card
  • All respondents will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card

“We are always looking for ways to empower excellence in organizations and to help elevate and clarify the voice of the HR profession as they continue to evolve to be the best partners possible to their respective businesses is one way we can achieve that goal,” said Brandon Hall Group™ CEO Mike Cooke.

This quantitative research will be complemented with qualitative interviews. The data and insights will fuel the development of research reports and tools to help companies benchmark and improve their HR readiness.
