Laci Loew Joins Brandon Hall Group as Principal Analyst and Practice Leader in Talent Management

With rich experience in both HCM and Consulting, Loew provides seasoned leadership to search/analyst firm’s expanding Talent Management practice.

Delray Beach, FL — August 21, 2013 — Brandon Hall Group today announced that Laci Loew has joined the research analyst firm as its Principal Analyst and Practice Leader in Talent Management.

Laci brings a unique blend of experience in human capital management for global and matrixed Fortune 500 companies and consulting experience for leading consulting firms. In her role at Brandon Hall Group, she will focus on all aspects of Talent Management, with special emphasis on Leadership Development, Succession Management, and Integrated Talent Management.

Loew has experience working on a variety of initiatives, from leadership development strategies to competency-based development solutions and leadership assessments. She has worked with, and guided, prominent leadership and succession management solution providers, and has also coached and mentored specialists and talent technology providers.

Loew has held positions with a wide variety of global companies such as United Airlines, Motorola, Owens Corning and LexisNexis, and has held principal level consulting roles with Andersen Consulting, Bersin by Deloitte, and Thomson NetG.
