Nuance Wins Silver Excellence in Learning Award

BURLINGTON, Mass., – December 6, 2013 – Nuance Communications, Inc., a leading provider of speech and imaging solutions, today announced it won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Silver Award for Excellence. This award was won in the Best in Extended Enterprise Learning Program category for Nuance’s work with SeerTech solutions.

The entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group Sr. Analysts and Executive Leadership based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.

SeerTech and the Nuance Customer and Partner Education team, partnered in 2011 to create Nuance University, a customer facing Learning Management System (LMS). This LMS allows Nuance training teams across all divisions to manage their training through one system. And it allows Nuance customers to get the right training at the right time. To date over 20,000 people have been enrolled in a variety of classroom, online and self-paced training offerings!
