Oleeo in Tune with Organizations’ Talent-Acquisition Priorities

By Daria Friedman, Principal Analyst, Talent Acquisition, Brandon Hall Group

It is important to note when a talent-acquisition technology provider that has been around for more than two decades, like WCN (World Careers Network), changes their name to Oleeo.

It signals that they are repositioning their company and product offerings to be relevant to anticipated market needs.

I had the opportunity to hear about their plans at their Analyst event in May. Recent Brandon Hall Group research shows that Oleeo’s current and future offerings for diversity and inclusion, and intelligent automation are in line with organizations’ talent-acquisition priorities and candidate-experience challenges.

In my last blog, I reported that, according to Brandon Hall Group’s 2018 Talent Acquisition Technology survey, organizations’ top three talent acquisition technology priorities for the next two years are: candidate experience, onboarding, and diversity and inclusion.

Now, preliminary results* from our Candidate Experience survey show that the two greatest challenges experienced by organizations in managing candidate experience are lengthy time-to-hire and hiring agility, or being able to move fast enough to hire top talent before the competition. Due to the highly competitive talent market, organizations must move rapidly. One way to improve hiring agility is through intelligent automation, which is again part of the Oleeo product offering.

Look for my upcoming blogs about our research and more trends in the talent-acquisition market.

*Preliminary results are subject to change.
