She also co-leads the BTS Women’s ERG, and a background in acting and improvisation shapes how she coaches leaders to communicate authentically. BTS earned 72 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards in 2026, and Melia was involved in many of the projects that were recognized.
