This year has been a challenging time for everyone with have to endure the pandemic, economic uncertainty and social injustices rising to our forefront.  Leaders are struggling with how to lead, communicate as well as balance their personal home responsibilities and so in one of our discussions we thought it would be great to do a webinar together and share some of the research and case studies that Brandon Hall Group has gathered along with the work Bonnie is doing with her team at Blue Circle Leadership.

Rachel Cooke joins Fortune 100 leadership consultant Bonnie St. John for a lively dialogue around the key challenges facing top executives today. As an expert on resilience, Bonnie helps frame both the triggers and the solutions for leaders and their teams in these difficult times. These two successful women in business discuss their observations and suggestions about pivoting to the new paradigm of work-at-home teams. Bonnie also shares the concerns she is hearing from non-Black leaders who are struggling to navigate the racially charged events unfolding both domestically and around the world. You’ll hear her thoughts on behind-the-scenes conversions she’s having with women and minorities who are pressured to step up as leaders in this environment — which can be a blessing or a curse — and how to help their companies and families stay on track.

Topics and questions include:

  • COVID-19’s impact on the workplace and diversity
  • Insights from Bonnie’s personal journey
  • Social injustice in the workplace
  • Why ‘Politically Correct’ isn’t working
  • Six steps to transform uncomfortable situations into opportunities to build relationships
