HCMx Radio 51: Building an Award-Winning Learning Organization

Guest: Rory Cameron, Executive Vice President, Litmos a CallidusCloud Company

Host: Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer, Brandon Hall Group

In this episode, Rory Cameron, Executive Vice President of Litmos a CallidusCloud Company, joins us to discuss innovations in learning technologies. Litmos was acquired by CallidusCloud about five years ago and is now one of the fastest growing learning SaaS-based providers, supporting more than 4,000,000 users in 130+ countries and 22 languages.   Rory revealed several new technology releases under way, including learning automation where you can manage and deliver programs through a similar process as marketing automation. Learning automation is an interesting concept where learning with the use of analytics can be achieved easier and more applicable based on certain learning behaviors.

Rory also discussed other releases:

  • Video assessments and practice
  • 360 Videos
  • Advanced reporting
  • Intelligence engine for login security

We are excited that Litmos and its client, USIC, will present a session at our HCM Excellence Conference 2017 next week. USIC and Litmos won a Silver Award for Best Results of a Learning Program through Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence Awards Program.

This session will cover how USIC – a leader in preventing underground utility damage throughout North America – brought together the right mix of people, process, and technology to transform itself and become an award-winning learning organization. Results include:

  • 100% increase in productivity
  • 33% reduction in time to train
  • $1.5 million savings in travel costs
