About Mary Andrade
Mary is the head of McKinsey & Company’s Learning Design & Development Center of Excellence and a member of CLO Nick van Dam’s leadership team. Her L&D and Learning Design career spans 2+ decades across professional services firms, and she’s quite deftly leading the charge on learning design innovations at McKinsey as well as being at the epicenter of a transformation of learning underway at McKinsey. She was also one of the architects of Partner University.
