With Immedis Acquisition Finalized,
UKG Launches New Multi-Country Payroll Solution

UKG, a Brandon Hall Group™ Smartchoice® Preferred Provider, has announced the completion of the acquisition of Immedis, a leading global payroll provider.

With the closing, completed July 1, UKG now launches UKG One View, a multi-country payroll experience that instantly modernizes and reimagines the traditionally fragmented, costly and cumbersome global payroll model.

As we said when the UKG-Immedis deal was first announced last month, this is a savvy and powerful move that allows UKG to build off of Immedis’ established global payroll brand that has technology and services supporting over 160 countries. It firmly establishes UKG as a leading player in global payroll, especially given the company’s stated vision to transform the global payroll paradigm into a more efficient, technology-enabled multi-country payroll experience.

“As a UKG and Immedis customer, I can say without a doubt that the combined organization will be a force in the global HR and payroll space,” said Michael Francis, director of global payroll at SBA Communications. “The combination of UKG and Immedis creates a synergy that will deliver an innovative one-stop shop for employee timekeeping and payroll, no matter where in the world a company has people. I’m excited for the future.”

UKG One View has an AI-powered perpetual validation engine and continuous workforce management integration to provide a real-time view across all employees, regardless of country or provider. The hybrid deployment model can be live in just weeks and will support 20+ languages.

The product will initially serve global businesses headquartered in the U.S. and Canada that seek support for processing payroll outside North America or want a unified, global view of their payroll around the world even if they have preferred payroll providers.

“We’re creating the new standard for multi-country payroll with the introduction of a modern experience in a market segment that’s lacked real innovation for years,” said Hugo Sarrazin, chief product and technology officer at UKG. “By delivering real-time visibility regardless of where an employee is located or what in-country payroll provider is utilized, multinational businesses now have an unprecedented opportunity to transform this critical and costly operation.”

This continues an impressive year for UKG strengthening its brand. In May, it announced an expanded partnership with Google Cloud to use generative AI to create more powerful business insights.
